Bright Paths Program – City of Buena Park program that assists the homeless in becoming an independent and functioning member of the community by providing the necessary resources, such as temporary housing, rehabilitation programs and general assistance, to take the first step of graduating from the streets. Giving Children Hope – A community driven nonprofit that equips front line partners with resources to serve vulnerable children and families. As a faith-based partner we provide sustainable hope through wellness programs and disaster response in collaboration with local and global communities; we do this through the gathering and giving of medical resources, nutritional foods, and basic needs. Buena Park Coordinating Council – The BPCC has a long foundation and history of helping others in the Buena Park Community. Today, the program assists in supplementing about 1100 Buena Park children, families and seniors with much needed food each month. The BPCC can always use your help! Feeding Our Neighbors

 

Danbrook Neighborhood Resource Center – Centralia School District has partnered with local resources for parents in need of various assistance. The Neighborhood Resources Center is available to assist families with immunizations, physicals and wellness checks. The Resource Center can also help families apply for Medi-cal and other assistance programs. Low cost services for eye glasses and other low-cost programs are available as well. CityNet – City Net is committed to community transformation and we do this by partnering with leaders and organizations from various cities in Southern California providing positive change by utilizing community organization tools, implementation of best-practices and mobilizing the various relationships across the city (i.e. churches, city government, schools, neighbors, etc.) We are seeking the welfare of our cities…together!
